We had a vision.
We built a community.
You don't need to be flexible to start yoga. That's why you start.
Our teaching comes from a very simple foundation rooted in traditional yoga and consistency.
We trained through Body Language and Jonny Kest’s Center for Yoga, and what we’ve carried with us ever since is a method that stays true to the essence of yoga while remaining accessible and grounded in real, modern practice.
In every class, you are guided through breath and movement in a very clear way. You are not left to figure things out on your own, instead you are led step by step, inhale, move, exhale, soften, and over time the practice becomes something you can trust and return to without confusion.
It doesn’t matter if it’s your first class or your hundredth, the way you are taught stays consistent, supportive, and clear.
For us, everything comes back to consistency.
No matter which class you take or which teacher you practice with, you will always find the same method, the same structure, and the same intention behind it.
We believe yoga should feel steady, familiar, and safe, something you can build a relationship with over time, rather than something you have to decode every time you step on the mat.
Plymouth Yoga Room was created as a space without judgment, a place where people can come back to themselves through practice.
It has never been about us as individuals, it has always been about the community, about the people who show up, breathe, move, struggle, grow, and keep coming back.
This is not just our yoga room, it belongs to everyone who practices here.
