Wherever you are in your journey, there’s a class for you.

We honor your pace.

Our classes are for everybody and all levels. No mirrors, no judgment, just you fully present in your practice.

Foundation Flow

Not heated, gentle, fully guided. A slower-paced practice built for beginners, anyone recovering from injury, or those wanting an accessible entry point without added heat. We focus on proper breathing, mobility, balance, and building real, lasting strength and flexibility, all at a pace that meets you exactly where you are.

This isn't just gentle movement — it's genuine training. You'll realign posture, expand your range of motion, and build strength where you need it most, while learning to trigger real calm anywhere, anytime. Leave stronger, steadier, and more at ease than when you walked in.

Yoga Flow

Warm, moderate, fully guided. Our signature all-levels class — a flowing, instructor-guided practice where pace and challenge shift with the teacher, so everyone from first-timers to seasoned yogis finds their edge.

This is where strength and calm meet in equal measure. You'll build real muscle, balance, and flexibility while deepening the connection between breath and body — training that challenges you and grounds you in the same breath.

Yin Flow

Warm, recovery, fully guided. Deep stretches and long holds designed to restore your body between more demanding classes on the schedule.

This is where strength work gets to pay off: releasing tension, restoring flexibility, and giving your nervous system real time to reset. Leave grounded, restored, and ready for whatever's next on your mat.

Ashtanga Vinyasa

Hot, structured, fully guided. Follows the same sequence every class, so you build familiarity, track real progress, and deepen your practice class after class. The steady rhythm and strong breath-to-movement connection make it a natural next step once you've found your footing in yoga.

This is strength training built on repetition and discipline — consistent, progressive, and quietly demanding. Perfect if you like knowing exactly what's coming, and watching yourself get stronger inside it, week after week.

Vinyasa

Hot, peak intensity, self-guided. We teach you the sequence, then you move through it independently, at your own pace, free of outside cues — real strength work at our studio's highest intensity.

Without a voice guiding every move, this class becomes a moving meditation — a chance to get lost in your own practice, build serious strength and stamina, and leave both invigorated and completely at ease.

Power Flow

Hot, peak intensity, fully guided. Same demanding strength work as Vinyasa — cued by your instructor every step of the way. Fast-paced, heat-building sequences challenge your strength, endurance, and focus from start to finish.

If you want direction rather than independence, this is where you'll find it: a class built to push your edge, build real muscle and stamina, and leave you feeling stronger, sharper, and completely spent — in the best way.

All classes are 60 minutes, except Yin & Meditation (75 minutes).
