The transition from summer to fall often brings shifts in mood, energy, and routine. Days shorten. Our schedules fill. You might feel both the pull to do more and the desire to rest. Yoga offers space to pause, listen, and realign.
On the mat, you are free to let go of what feels heavy and reconnect with what supports you. This is the gift of practice during times of change.
Practices to Ground You This Fall
Certain practices can help you feel balanced and steady as the season turns:
Gentle flows to connect breath and movement with ease.
Pranayama (breath work) to calm the mind and restore balance.
Yin or restorative yoga to release tension and nourish the nervous system.
Mindful pauses at home with 5–10 minutes of stillness or simple stretches.
These practices meet you where you are, offering rest when you need it and energy when you feel depleted.
